Please always collect payment in the form of cashier checks or wire or online payment only.
Please collect signed W9 form from the tenant agent before office can disburse the commission.
Please refrain from taking personal check(s). It can be bounced after 1 week or 10 days

1) Go to DPOR Online services and transfer using company license 0226010004
2) Go to Bright MLS and transfer using Ikon5 our code
3) Now you need the NVAR signed form or DAAR signed form where you belongs.
