How to process rental application?

Each agent has its own dedicated rental portal to have perspective tenant apply online. In the case if you can't login to your account, ofifce has its own online portal to process the application. 

Please always collect payment in the form of cashier checks or wire or online payment only. 

Please collect signed W9 form from the tenant agent before office can disburse the commission. 

Please refrain from taking personal check(s). It can be bounced after 1 week or 10 days


Steps to Tranfer to Ikon:

     1) Go to DPOR Online services and transfer using company license 0226010004
     2) Go to Bright MLS and transfer using Ikon5 our code
     3) Now you need the NVAR signed form or DAAR signed form where you belongs.
